Job summary

Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to join our Lease Administration team in Dallas.

You will lead CAM, insurance and real estate tax reconciliation audits across a multi-location retail portfolio, identify landlord overcharges, and recover savings for our clients. You will guide a team of Portfolio Administrators, handle the full scope of lease administration, and work closely with clients to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years lease administration experience, CAM reconciliation or audit work.
• Strong understanding of retail lease terms and CAM reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills for rebuilding reconciliations and variance schedules.
• Experience with Lease Harbor, Visual Lease, ProLease, LeaseAccelerator and/or CoStar preferred.
• Clear, professional writing for landlord negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAM, insurance and real estate tax reconciliation audits across a multi-location retail portfolio.
• Check landlord charges against lease terms and identify recoverable overcharges.
• Review landlord backup, match charges to invoices and tenant payment history.
• Train and guide Portfolio Administrators on audit methods and best practices.
• Produce client reports and manage projects to deadlines.
