Job summary

EPAM Systems in Seattle seeks a Calypso Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for the Calypso platform across trading and risk modules. You will monitor system health, investigate incidents, and collaborate with front, middle, back office and technology teams.

The role requires hands-on Calypso experience, incident and problem management skills, and willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Calypso Support Analyst.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Open to relocation or business travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Calypso across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting.
• Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system health with Calypso Scheduler and monitoring tools.
• Investigate and resolve incidents raised by business users within SLAs.
• Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems to support or development teams.
• Support users across trade capture, confirmations, settlements, cash management, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with end-of-day and start-of-day processes, including P&L, risk, and position reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot pricing, valuation, and market data issues in coordination with quants and market data teams.
• Support asset classes such as FX, Rates, Credit, MM, and Derivatives.
• As a Senior on the team, mentor and support junior resources.
