Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Baker to ensure oven products meet specifications and maintain quality. You will set up ovens, adjust dough weights, and support machine operators during changeovers. The role requires reading scales, following GMPs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Overtime and weekends may be required.

The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in a fast-paced bakery environment with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school/GED is preferred but not required.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule for items on assigned ovens.
• Set up ovens for item being produced per procedures.
• Record product check information on required forms.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
