Job summary

TetraMem - Accelerate The World is hiring for a senior CAD engineering role focused on in-house tool development for analog and digital IC design, plus optimization of EDA licenses.

You will automate flows with tcl/skill/Python, collaborate with design, IT, and vendors, and drive new CAD methodologies to improve productivity and lower costs, while mentoring junior engineers in a startup-style environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with CAD flow experience.
• 10+ years in CAD engineering with analog/digital IC design flow.
• Strong knowledge of analog design, custom layout and physical verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house CAD tools for analog/digital design and SoC sign-off.
• Automate design/verification flows using tcl, skill, or python.
• Collaborate with design/verification IT and EDA vendors to optimize licenses.
• Research and implement advanced CAD methods to boost productivity or reduce costs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design process improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
