Job summary

JLL is seeking a CAD Manager to lead CAD governance and spatial data initiatives across our global client programs from Nashville. You will plan, analyze, and deliver CAD/CAFM activities, guide teams, and drive drawing standards and system integrations.

You will coordinate with regional and global technology groups, manage complex projects, and apply advanced spatial knowledge to solve multi-dimensional issues while fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of direct relevant CAD administration or CAFM experience.
• Experience managing cross-country or cross-location projects.
• Expert-level AutoCAD and scripting experience.
• Knowledge of international spatial measurement standards (BOMA/IFMA/IPMS).
• Ability to plan, analyze, and deliver CAD governance activities.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Independent problem solving and judgment.
• Ability to define drawing standards and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver CAD administration and spatial data tasks across the business sub-segment.
• Manage large CAD/CAFM programs and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to CAD staff.
• Develop drawing standards and data governance.
• Collaborate with regional/global tech groups on system integrations.
• Resolve complex spatial database issues.
• Make critical technical decisions aligning with goals.
• Lead innovations in drawing standards and processes.
