LVI Associates in Middle Tennessee seeks a hands-on CAD / Survey Manager to lead CAD and survey operations and build a high-performing team. You will set standards for quality and efficiency while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field crews and project managers.

This leadership role emphasizes structuring workflows, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of surveying/CAD or civil/site development experience.
• Strong Civil 3D (AutoCAD) proficiency.
• Experience with UAV/drone data (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, etc.).
• Background in training or mentoring others.
• Understanding of grading, utilities, and construction layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAD and survey technicians (entry to mid-level).
• Train and develop junior staff into productive contributors.
• Process drone/UAV data, topo surveys, and surface models.
