Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marine Corps C2 training.
• Prior experience leading or managing training detachments.
• Familiarity with MCISD/SATE instructional frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and instructional execution.
• Manage development and execution of annual Training Exercise and Employment Plan.
• Enforce MCISD/SATE standards and manage course schedules.

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or related field)
