A leading defense training firm in the United States is seeking a Senior C2 Instructor to oversee training operations at the Marine Corps Information Systems Training Center. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, along with a deep understanding of Marine Corps Command and Control systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in C2 training and will ensure high-quality instruction while serving as a key liaison for operational excellence. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marine Corps C2 training or instructional management.
• Experience leading training detachments or USMC programs.
• Demonstrate expertise in Marine Corps Command and Control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and instructional execution.
• Manage development and execution of the annual Training Exercise and Employment Plan.
• Maintain instructional quality and compliance with military standards.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams and prioritize requirements

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Skilled in briefing senior leaders

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Graduate of a Military Formal Instructor Development Course
