Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marine Corps C2 training.
• Prior experience leading or managing training detachments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across TECOM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and instructional execution.
• Manage the delivery of C2 training aligned with TECOM mission.
• Maintain instructional quality and manage operational deliverables.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams

Strong critical thinking

Ability to work collaboratively in training environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Graduate of a Military Formal Instructor Development Course

Certification in MCISD/SATE processes preferred
