Job summary

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior C2 Instructor to lead Marine Corps C2 training at the MISTC. The role is on-site with limited travel and requires coordinating with MISTC HQ, MSTP, and MOCTT Lead to ensure TEEs and training delivery meet TECOM standards.

The position demands a minimum of 10+ years in Marine Corps C2 training or instructional management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage instructor teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Graduate of a Military Formal Instructor Development Course (required)
• Certification in MCISD/SATE processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and instructional execution at the MISTC
• Manage instructor teams and certification, align with TECOM/MSTP standards
• Coordinate across MISTC HQ, MSTP, and MOCTT Lead for TEeP and resource synchronization
• Lead POI-based instruction and produce AIRs/ACRs per MSTP standards
• Maintain compliance with security controls and prepare for liaison with government stakeholders
