Qualifications

• 10 + years of progressive experience in Marine Corps C2 training.
• Experience leading or managing training detachments or formal schools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and instructional execution.
• Manage development and execution of annual Training Exercise and Employment Plan.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams

Strong critical thinking

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Graduate of a Military Formal Instructor Development Course
