Job summary

A national technical services provider located in Virginia is seeking a Senior C2 Systems Analyst IV. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Marine Corps C2 systems, a strong analytical background, and the ability to lead complex analysis and mentoring initiatives. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Marine Corps or Joint C2 systems analysis, systems engineering, program management, or operational C2 integration.
• Experience supporting MEF/MSC-level operations, C2 modernization, or Service-level training institutions.
• Ability to analyze POR changes and determine downstream impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis efforts for Marine Corps and Joint Command systems.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to junior Analysts.
• Conduct enterprise-level data collection and analysis.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High-level analytical and critical thinking abilities

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
