Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the industry required.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales capacity with a food broker or major national company.
• Skills: Proficient in software packages used to support the sales function.
• Travel: Must be able to travel to Temple to visit with McLane Team on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to hit volume, share and cost goals.
• Manage revenue and budget through brokerages, commissions, and operating costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for in-store presence and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with principals, customers, and partners.
