Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Business Manager for a large C-store client in Florida. You will drive sales growth, manage the assigned customer, and maximize profitability by executing pricing, merchandising, and program initiatives.

You will collaborate with Retail Sales Managers and principals, coordinate market visits, and report progress to leadership. Travel may be required to meet client objectives and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a broker or national company.
• C-store experience preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and grow market share for assigned customer base.
• Communicate priorities to retail teams to ensure in-store presence.
• Lead and report on business developments and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong principal/customer relationships.
• Collaborate with managers on major retail initiatives and launches.
• Utilize market insights to drive principal programs and initiatives.
• Provide feedback to improve selling programs and organizational capacity.
• Maintain account distribution information and report market activity.
