Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our Platform & Asset Management team. You will own software used by thousands of customers, focusing on macOS and Linux environments and extending our endpoint agent.

The role requires strong C++ skills and experience with large-scale, multi-process architectures. We offer a hybrid remote arrangement in the USA, with offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems-level C++ engineering.
• Experience with Linux systems programming, service management and IPC.
• Experience with macOS endpoints and Apple frameworks or equivalent OS APIs.
• Designing high-performance, multi-threaded applications.
• Familiar with CMake and build tools like vcpkg.
• Experience with embedded DB patterns like SQLite.

Responsibilities

• C++ software development: design and implement scalable features across core product suite.
• Committing code and shipping products as a trusted engineer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive architecture decisions.
