Job summary

NinjaOne, a leading Unified IT Operations Platform, seeks a Senior C++ Software Engineer to own high‑performance systems on Linux and macOS. You will design scalable features for our Platform & Asset Management tools, contributing across the stack and helping millions of endpoints run efficiently in a cloud service.

This hybrid remote role supports candidates in the USA; location flex includes several states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems level C++ engineering.
• Strong Linux systems programming experience.
• Strong macOS systems experience and related APIs.
• High-performance, multi-threaded application design.
• Experience with CMake and vcpkg build systems.
• Knowledge of IPC contracts and design documents.
• Experience with embedded databases or SQLite.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable C++ features for core product suites.
• Commit code and ship products as a trusted engineer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and testing.
