Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Specialist for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Buildings to support national programs and services. The role focuses on partnering with local teams for market research, proposal development, and evolving C&I offerings across North America.

You will provide technical leadership on energy solutions including building electrification, demand-side management, DERs, and grid-interactive buildings, coordinating with SMEs and Offering Managers to ensure successful sales and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
8+ years in the design, construction, operation, or optimization of commercial and industrial buildings.
Experience with energy efficiency, building systems, electrification, DERs, or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

Work with local teams to develop and support business and development capture activities, including market research and drafting proposal text.
Assist with evolving C&I offerings in partnership with Offering Managers and SMEs across North America.
Provide technical leadership in developing commercial and industrial energy solutions (building electrification, DSM, DERs, grid-interactive buildings).
Support energy savings analyses and solution development informing program design and client engagement.
