Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team, driving endpoint behavior across a managed environment. You will work with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve complex problems at scale, shipping robust, enterprise-class software used on millions of endpoints.

The role emphasizes design patterns, multi-process architectures, and collaboration in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of systems-level C++ engineering (C++14/17).
• Strong Windows and macOS systems experience.
• Experience with CMake and vcpkg build systems.
• Experience with SQLite or embedded databases.
• Ability to write design docs and define IPC contracts.
• Experience designing multi-process C++ architectures.
• Comfort working with sparse documentation and undefined requirements.
• Interest in exploring AI tools in development workflow.
