Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team. You will work on defining, enforcing, and maintaining endpoint behavior across a managed environment, powering IT teams and MSPs with scalable software that runs on millions of endpoints.

You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment, implementing design patterns and solving complex technical challenges in a startup-like setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of systems level C++ engineering.
• Strong Windows systems programming experience including Windows Registry APIs, CSP, WMI/MDM bridge, CreateProcess and IPC.
• Strong macOS systems experience with Apple Endpoint Security framework or equivalent.
• Experience with CMake and vcpkg build systems.
• Ability to design and evolve multi-process C++ architectures.
• Experience with embedded databases such as SQLite.
• Ability to write design documents, define IPC contracts, and drive technical decisions with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working in sparse documentation and undefined requirements.
• Willingness to explore AI tools in development workflow.
