Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team, focused on defining and enforcing endpoint behavior across a managed environment. You will build foundational controls used by IT teams and MSPs to monitor, manage, and secure endpoints at scale.

The role requires solid C++ fundamentals, 1–3 years of experience, and a passion for systems-level software. You’ll work in a hybrid remote model with strong collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of C++ experience.
• Strong fundamentals: memory management, RAII, STL, smart pointers.

Responsibilities

• Own testing infrastructure and coverage for two active C++ systems.
• Develop features for core C++ projects.
• Perform additional duties as required.
