Job summary

NinjaOne in the United States is seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team, focusing on defining and enforcing endpoint behavior across a managed environment. You will work on foundational controls powering IT teams and MSPs to monitor, manage, and secure endpoints at scale.

The role requires strong C++ fundamentals, 1–3 years of experience, and interest in systems-level software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of C++ experience.
• Strong fundamentals in memory management and modern C++.
• Experience with build systems (CMake preferred).
• Comfortable using testing frameworks (Google Test, Catch2, CTest).

Responsibilities

• Testing Ownership: build and own testing infrastructure for two C++ projects.
• Feature Development: contribute to core development across projects.
• Other Duties as needed
