NinjaOne seeks a C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team, defining and enforcing endpoint behavior across a managed environment. You will help power tools IT teams and MSPs to monitor, manage, and secure endpoints at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of C++ experience.
• Strong C++ fundamentals: memory management, RAII, STL, and smart pointers.
• Build systems (CMake preferred).
• Interest in systems-level software: OS APIs, processes, file systems.
• Experience writing or maintaining automated tests in C++ (Google Test, Catch2, or equivalent).
• Comfortable in a learning environment with evolving answers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Testing Ownership: build and own testing infrastructure for two active C++ projects.
• Feature Development: contribute to development projects with strong C++ fundamentals.
• Other Duties as needed.
