Job summary

NinjaOne in the United States is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer for the Endpoint State and Control team. You will define endpoint behavior across a managed environment and build scalable, enterprise-grade software used by MSPs and IT teams.

You will collaborate in an agile setting, design from first principles, and drive architecture with cross-functional teams while delivering reliable software for millions of endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of C++ development experience (C++14+).
• 5+ years of Windows systems-level C++ engineering.
• Experience designing or maintaining a Windows kernel-mode driver or service.
• Ability to design from first principles for a net-new system.
• Write architecture documents and define subsystem contracts.
• Comfort with sparse documentation and undefined requirements.
• Experience experimenting with AI in development workflows.
