Qualificações

• 2 to 6 years' of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience with measurable cost savings or value creation.
• Experience supporting complex programs or engineered products.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end procurement for complex, high-value materials and services.
• Negotiate and administer complex purchase orders and agreements.
• Issue POs, change orders, and RFQs with accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Drive supplier selection through site visits and capability assessment.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain procurement records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering to align with programs.
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
