Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Senior Buyer to execute complex procurement activities for high-value materials and services. You will negotiate pricing and terms, drive sourcing efforts, and monitor supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Based in Tempe, AZ, this role requires collaboration with internal teams and a proven track record in end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex or technical procurement.
• Proven negotiation experience with cost savings.
• Experience with high-value purchases and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement for complex, high-value materials and services.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders and contracts; issue RFQs.
• Drive supplier selection, site visits, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering to meet schedules and cost targets.
