The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of manufacturing purchasing experience, strong contract knowledge, ERP experience (Oracle), and excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5–7 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of contract law and business terms.
• ERP experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizenship and potential DoD clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement for complex, high-value materials and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and administer purchase orders and changes.
• Drive supplier selection, visits and capability/delivery assessments.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain procurement records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning and engineering to align with schedules.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
