Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Are you a seasoned procurement professional who thrives on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and ensuring materials and components are delivered on time and at the best value?

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Buyer, you’ll be a key player in our supply chain operations, responsible for purchasing specialized materials, components, and services critical to our manufacturing process. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure our production needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and procurement of complex materials and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers to meet program timelines and budget goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify requirements and support ongoing projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to prevent production delays.
• Monitor supplier performance, develop new sources as needed, and maintain key supplier relationships.
• Ensure purchasing data is accurate and up-to-date in our ERP system.
• Track and report on cost savings, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or production planning.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MRP processes (required).
• Experience with machined/electronic components and familiarity with ISO/AS9100 standards (preferred).
• Solid negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bonus: You’ll collaborate closely with our Supply Chain Manager and Production Planning team and occasionally travel to supplier sites (about once a month or as needed).
