Job Description: Senior Buyer

Support Westinghouse’s mission to provide clean energy solutions by joining our Global Supply Chain Team as a Senior Buyer. Contribute to our goal of achieving a net zero emissions environment.

Your Day to Day:

• Promote a culture of high quality and teamwork within our teams.
• Purchase goods, materials, components, or services aligning with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage the procure-to-pay process from engagement to purchase order issuance and payment processing.
• Process purchase requisitions, requests for quotation, and create purchase orders.
• Monitor purchase order confirmations from suppliers proactively.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and resolve related issues.
• Drive cost savings and reductions.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Report achievements regularly.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Supply Chain degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in operational areas such as supply chain or highly technical fields.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
