Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our Customer Care team. You will manage high-value domestic and international travel bookings, handle amendments, and deliver 7‑star service to B2B clients.

In this remote role, you’ll work with Amadeus/Sabre and other GDS tools, communicating via chat, phone, and email. You’ll mentor juniors and help optimize travel processes to boost customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system, including reissuing tickets autonomously.
• Proficient in air fares and ticketing.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to business travelers, managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Arrange travel (domestic and international) for NAM team’s strategic customers; flights, cars, hotels.
• Work independently and address client inquiries with solutions.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email professionally.
