Job summary

Perk is seeking an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our Customer Care team in a hands-on role based in the United States. You will manage domestic and international bookings, respond to client inquiries, and help shape a 7-Star travel experience for our B2B customers.

You will mentor junior colleagues, maintain strong client relationships, and operate within SLAs while using Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS systems.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system.
• Proficient in air fares and ticketing.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class 7-star service to business travelers and manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Arrange travel (domestic and international) for strategic customers, including flights, cars, and hotels.
• Work independently to handle inquiries and provide solutions without supervision.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and support the Team Leader to maintain high service levels.
