Jobot is seeking a hands-on Business Systems & Technology Manager to lead the technology strategy and day-to-day operations across Salesforce and NetSuite in a remote-capable role based in the Camarillo, CA area. This role partners with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Billing, and Customer Support to optimize business processes and data flows.

You will evaluate requests, manage requirements, and determine optimal technology solutions, including integrations and automation.

Qualificações

• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite in multi-function environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and requirements.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP data flows, integrations, and reporting.

• Oversee Salesforce and NetSuite implementations and administration.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements and prioritize work.
