Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Commercial Systems & Salesforce Technical Lead in the United States (Tustin, CA area) to own and drive the commercial technology ecosystem. You will shape Salesforce CRM strategy, develop custom functionality, and optimize processes across business development, finance, marketing, and IT.

You will lead design, configuration, and integrations with ERP, contract management, and BI platforms while delivering dashboards for forecasting and revenue analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Automation, APIs, reporting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• Build and manage integrations with ERP, contract management, project management, marketing automation, and BI platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate commercial processes into scalable system workflows.
• Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline visibility, forecasting, account performance, and revenue analytics.
• Support lead management, campaign tracking, marketing attribution, and sales funnel performance.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across commercial systems.
• Support change management, system enhancements, and release cycles.
