Job summary

Neat is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the intent layer of our systems roadmap and help stand up infrastructure that enables fast, safe builds. You will transform ambiguous business asks into structured specs and work with our admins and engineers on DevOps, data quality, and release processes.

You will help modernize quoting, dynamic pricing, and subscription management systems while balancing MVP delivery with long-term roadmap. This is a high-impact role in a small, empowered team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations.
• Deep hands-on experience in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience setting up DevOps practices — environments, CI/CD, release management.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems intake process and triage requests into a prioritized backlog.
• Lead agile delivery — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers to stand up infrastructure and DevOps practices for fast, safe releases.
• Own data quality across core systems with ongoing checks and remediation.
• Build and maintain context libraries to keep knowledge accurate.
