Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a motivated Business Systems/Application Support Analyst to join a cross-functional sustainment team supporting Global Trade, Licensing, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and Engineering. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and help manage integrations and deployments.

You’ll document user stories, participate in UAT, and produce design artifacts while coordinating with vendors, SMEs, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in MIS, CS, or STEM or equivalent experience; 8+ years in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in OCR application modules and configurations.
• Document requirements and create user stories and design artifacts.
• Support reporting, controls, and consultation for Global Trade and Legal partners.
• Coordinate requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with UAT and project artifacts like UI mockups.
• Contribute to Jira and Confluence-based Agile processes.
• Communicate with leadership and stakeholders professionally.
