Job summary

RTX is seeking a Business Systems/Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Services team in a remote role. You will work with Global Trade, Licensing, Cybersecurity, and Engineering stakeholders to capture requirements, document user stories, and coordinate SaaS applications' sustainment and upgrades.

You will develop OCR application expertise, create process mappings and use cases, participate in Jira/Confluence workflows, and support testing, reporting, and documentation in an Agile

Qualifications

University degree in MIS, CS or STEM or equivalent experience.
Experience with SAFe/Agile, IDPS, EVMS, RTN CORE, Lean.
4–6 years as a Business/Systems Analyst; travel for PI Planning.

Responsibilities

Develop deep OCR app expertise and configuration details.
Collaborate with vendors, DBAs, and SMEs on system changes.
Provide ad hoc support to Global Trade and Legal partners.
Support upgrades, deployments, and testing artifacts.
Document requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Communicate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
