RTX seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product owners and development teams for mission-critical applications. You will gather and refine requirements, coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support software through its lifecycle.

The role is remote within the United States, aligning with Agile/Scrum practices and organizational goals. Expect to contribute to re-certifications and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience or 8+ with advanced degree.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience supporting software applications lifecycle.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams for alignment.
• Support mission-critical applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams.
• Use requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Maintain records for ongoing application re-certifications.
