RTX is seeking a Business Systems/Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Services team. You will work with Global Trade, Licensing, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology and Engineering to document requirements and support SaaS applications.

You will coordinate requests, validate solutions, and assist with UAT and project artifacts such as user stories. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• University degree in MIS/CS or STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile, IDPS, EVMS, RTN CORE and Lean methodologies.
• 4–6 years as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Willingness to travel for PI Planning events and workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep expertise in OCR module configuration and integration.
• Collaborate with vendors, DBAs and SMEs to assess changes.
• Support Global Trade, Legal, and reporting needs with solutions.
• Manage requests and document resolutions with clarity.
• Create business process mappings, use cases and user stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and track progress in Jira/Confluence.
