Job summary

RTX is seeking a motivated Business Systems/Application Support Analyst to join a cross-functional project and sustainment team. You will work with Global Trade, Licensing, Cybersecurity, and Engineering to document requirements, support sustainment, and ensure successful use of key SaaS applications.

Your responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating user stories and UI mocks, coordinating changes, and supporting UAT and project artifacts in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in MIS/CS/STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile, IDPS, EVMS, RTN CORE, and Lean methodologies.
• 4–6 years in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
• Strong personal organization and responsiveness to information requests.
• Ability to travel for PI Planning events or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Trade, Licensing, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and Engineering teams.
• Document requirements, create user stories, use cases, and UI designs.
• Coordinate requests, assess impacts to integration environments, and validate solutions.
• Assist with UAT and project artifacts documentation.
• Support monthly upgrades and quarterly server/database updates.
• Develop business process mappings, enterprise analyses, and workflows.
• Provide status updates and identify risks, issues, or delays.
