RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support mission-critical applications, acting as a vital liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and end-users. The role ensures applications meet evolving business needs and align with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will gather and document complex requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and guide lifecycle activities across Agile environments while strengthening process

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting software applications throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Support internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement.
• Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams.
• Utilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong record maintenance and attention to detail in support of ongoing application re-certifications process.
