Job summary

Wanzl North America is seeking a Project Manager, IT & Business Systems to plan, coordinate, and manage IT, business systems, reporting, and process improvement projects. The role focuses on project management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable business value.

You will support SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Power BI initiatives, partner with functional teams to define requirements, and ensure practical execution across departments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience focused on IT, business systems, manufacturing, or ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, limited resources, defined budgets, and tight timelines.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ERP systems, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Power BI, KPI development, dashboard design, validation, and user support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong ability to translate operational needs into project requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT, business systems, reporting, and process improvement projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Direct and coordinate activities of internal teams, stakeholders, consultants, and third parties.
• Monitor schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and resource constraints; escalate as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and executive updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, discovery sessions, and requirements reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Accounting, and IT to define scope and success criteria.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related projects with requirements, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Assist with Power BI reporting initiatives, dashboard enhancements, data validation, and adoption.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation for Power BI content.
