Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Senior Presales Operations Analyst to partner with regional Solutions Engineering leaders and drive operational excellence. You will manage regional rhythms, interpret insights, and ensure field teams have the systems and support to execute effectively.

As part of a role at the intersection of operations, data, and field execution, you will identify business needs, connect teams, and build scalable solutions beyond day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Presales Operations, or similar GTM role.
• Experience supporting regional field leadership within a Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Presales organization.
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI tools, understanding data architecture's impact on field decisions.
• Strong business judgment translating regional data into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Ability to implement scalable solutions improving efficiency across teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Solutions Engineering leaders to understand priorities and growth opportunities.
• Execute and refine operating rhythms to run the regional Solutions Engineering organization.
• Utilize reporting and BI tools to provide visibility into business health and regional trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve regional workflows and remove operational friction.
• Collaborate with GTM Analytics to translate field requirements into self-service reporting.
• Work with GTM Systems to refine tool adoption and data quality in CRM.
• Drive regional initiatives from identification to scalable implementation.
