Job summary

Patch My PC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to design, optimize, and scale our business systems and processes. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, aligning Salesforce and HubSpot with GTM operations.

You will partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to drive opportunities, map requirements, and deliver scalable solutions with data integrity and improved user experience across the org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
• Experience designing/implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot
• Strong business process analysis and process design skills
• Experience in a shared delivery model with platform admin and engineering/QA teams
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
• Strong data management, integrations, and process automation skills
• Ability to communicate with executives and technical teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Design scalable business system solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, support, billing, and related technologies.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and governance activities.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and analytics through defined data standards.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Engineering to scope changes and manage integrations.
