Ladders is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to optimize enterprise systems, data flows, and end-to-end business processes across the customer lifecycle in a remote US-based role.

You will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to align roadmaps, remove bottlenecks, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value from discovery through rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in roles such as Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager, with 4 years leading multi-system initiatives.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Ability to review data models, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Responsibilities

• Leverage systems analytics to manage enterprise system interactions and data flows across 1P and 3P tools.
• Design end-to-end system flows and integration requirements to address enterprise challenges throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure project roadmaps are aligned with priorities and lead project delivery.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions that align with business strategy.
• Lead discovery and configuration of new business flows in partnership with engineering teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Build cross-functional consensus and influence technical decisions outside of formal authority to achieve unified outcomes.
• Oversee delivery from concept to rollout, ensuring that solutions provide measurable business value and quality.
• Establish best practices for project artifacts and methodologies, mentoring team members throughout various initiatives.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on optimizing enterprise systems, data flows, and end-to-end business processes across the customer lifecycle. The position will partner closely with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmap priorities, remove process bottlenecks, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value. It is well suited for a systems-minded professional who can translate complex operational needs into clear requirements and help drive execution from discovery through rollout.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,200 – $217,000 annually
