Productiv Team is seeking a versatile Business Analyst to bridge business needs and enterprise applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to turn objectives into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will elicit, document, validate requirements, create process maps, and support data-driven decisions using Excel and SQL, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart. Remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and validating requirements for enterprise apps.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment with clear outcomes.
• Proficient in process mapping and data-flow modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to capture objectives.
• Document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira or Azure Boards.
• Create process maps and data-flow diagrams; perform gap analysis.
• Refine backlog with product owners and engineering; analyze data with Excel/SQL.
• Coordinate UAT and perform targeted manual testing when needed.
