Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, governance, or PMO.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process analysis skills.
• Experience supporting governance frameworks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping for initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Manage portfolio intake and ensure requests are documented and tracked.
• Coordinate governance artifacts and EDMO compliance reporting.
• Monitor milestones, audits, and deliverables, driving continuous improvement.
• Build relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams.
