Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex business processes.
• Experience with systems configuration and customization across various business applications.
• Skilled at requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating technology solutions.
• Effective communicator bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with API integrations and iPaaS solutions.
• Passion for process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
• Configure and customize business systems to meet organizational needs, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage technical vendor evaluation for business applications, including contracts and SLAs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows and configuration specs.
• Lead knowledge management initiatives to capture and organize institutional knowledge.
• Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing for new implementations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business systems integrate with other platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in business systems management.
