Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst on the BizTech team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. You will work with stakeholders to configure systems, document processes, and ensure reliable operations as we grow.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, vendor evaluation, and knowledge management to keep systems current and well-documented in a fast-paced AI safety environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
• Experience configuring and customizing business systems, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
• Configure and customize business systems to meet organizational needs, incl. user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage technical vendor evaluation for business applications, incl. contract negotiations and SLAs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows and technical docs.
• Lead knowledge management to capture and organize institutional knowledge.
