The Standard in Portland is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technology teams, improving processes and data solutions aligned with company goals. This role involves requirements gathering, reporting, and coordinating tests while delivering technology-enabled improvements.

Role level (III or IV) depends on experience, with opportunities to influence operational performance and customer experience across financial services applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience for BSA III OR 8+ years for BSA IV in business analysis or related financial services environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing complex processes, and delivering technology-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, SQL Server, VBA, Agile/Lean and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and system needs to identify solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, configurations, and automations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate testing and vendor collaboration to resolve system challenges.
