Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, systems, and data solutions that support organizational goals. Candidates will gather requirements, support system enhancements, and develop reports and analytics for informed decision-making.

Role levels include Analyst III or IV based on experience, with salary ranges reflected in posted figures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, project management, loan administration, data management, or related financial services environments.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, project management, loan administration, data management, or related financial services environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing complex business processes, and delivering technology-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, TOAD, VBA, Agile methodology, Lean methodology, SDLC principles and practices, GIS, XML, or HTML.
• Experience working with data, reporting, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in commercial mortgage lending, investment operations, or related financial services functions.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system implementations, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean practices for continuous improvement and project delivery.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and system needs to identify solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, configurations, and automations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to resolve system challenges.
