Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 4+ years of experience for BSA III; 8+ years for BSA IV in business analysis or related financial services environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing complex processes, and delivering technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and system needs to identify solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, configurations, and automations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
